§ 62-4. Jake brake usage prohibited.

The use of exhaust brakes retarders and Jake brake usage by eighteen-wheel vehicles in the city limits is prohibited. A violation of this section shall subject the violator to maximum punishment provided under the City Charter/Code section 1-12.
