§ 66-8. Protection outfall sewage and wetland protection along certain areas of sewer running to state prison facility.

No person, firm, or corporation shall build any structure, install any mobile home, or move any structure into an area within 300 feet on either side of that tract designated as low area owned by "Jack Brannen Farms, Inc.," and that area designated as "Camp Creek," both of said areas being along the sewer run that will service the state prison being built in the city. The exact location of said sewer line and said areas are shown on sheets 1, 2, and 3 of 27 on drawings prepared by Tribble & Richardson, Inc., designated as Project Number 6010-03701, dated January 1989 and entitled "Water and Sewer System Improvements for the City of Unadilla, Georgia." Said drawings are on file in the clerk's office of the city and are made a part of this section by reference thereto for all purposes.
