§ 34-31. Open, dangerous well; nuisance.

The owners of all open and dangerous wells in the city must close in, cover, or otherwise abate said nuisance. Upon failure to do so, such nuisance shall be abated by authority of the mayor and council, and the cost of abating same collected from the owner as provided in section 26-101(2).
