§ 34-32. Wells on improved property prohibited.

No person, firm, or corporation shall dig or cause to be dug any well within the corporate limits of the city on improved property abutting any water line; provided, however, that wells shall be permitted on improved property of one acre or more in size for agricultural or garden use only.
