§ 34-57. Inventory of potential pollution sources.

Prior to the issuance by the city of a permit where required by this division, the supplier shall file with the mayor a copy of the inventory of potential pollution sources within the control zone and the management zone, prepared by the division in compliance with 391-3-5.40(7), Georgia EPD Regulations.
