§ 34-60. Permit revocation.

If, after the issuance of any permit required by this division, whether for an existing well or spring or a new well or spring, any change occurs within the portion of any of the required zones which are owned or controlled by the supplier, which change creates or permits a condition which would have authorized denial of a permit for a newly constructed well, the permit may be revoked by the city after notice to the supplier and an opportunity to be heard.
